- Voice Data: Voice recordings when using voice input feature (processed locally and not stored)

- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: App features used, frequency of use, and interaction patterns
- Log Data: Error logs, crashes, and performance data for app improvement
3. Permissions We Request
- Microphone: For voice input feature to create invoices
- Storage: To save invoices, PDFs, and business data locally on your device
- Internet: For optional cloud backup and PDF sharing features

Voice Data and Speech Recognition
When you use the voice input feature:

- We do not store or retain voice recordings after they are converted to text
- Voice data may be sent to Google's speech recognition service (per Google's privacy policy)
- You can disable voice input at any time and use manual entry instead

Children's Privacy
Billmator is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
International Data Transfers
Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no routine international data transfers. If you use optional cloud backup features, your data may be transferred to and stored on servers in different countries, subject to appropriate safeguards.
