Account Deletion

You can delete your Billmator account at any time. This page provides instructions on how to delete your account and explains what data will be removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account:

Open the Billmator App

Launch the Billmator app on your Android device.

Navigate to Settings

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner, then select "Business Profile Settings".

Sign In (if not already signed in)

If you're not signed in, scroll down to the "Account & Sync" section and tap "Sign In". Sign in with your Google account or email/password.

Scroll to Account & Sync Section

Once signed in, scroll down to the "Account & Sync" section where you'll see your account information.

Tap "Delete Account"

Below the "Sign Out" button, you'll find the "Delete Account" button with a red border. Tap it.

Confirm Deletion

Read the confirmation message carefully, then tap the "Delete Account" button in the dialog to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your Account: Your authentication account (email/Google account credentials) will be deleted from our system
  • Cloud Sync Data: Any data that was synced to the cloud will be permanently deleted
  • User Profile: Your user profile information (name, email, photo) will be removed

What Remains on Your Device?

Important: Your local business data is stored on your device and will NOT be automatically deleted when you delete your account. This includes:

  • Invoices, quotations, and other documents
  • Customer information
  • Product inventory
  • Business profile settings

Note: If you want to delete your local data as well, you must uninstall the app from your device. This will remove all locally stored information.

Important Information

  • • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • • You will lose access to cloud sync features
  • • You can create a new account in the future, but your previous data will not be recoverable
  • • If you're having issues with the app, please contact our support team before deleting your account

Need a Break Instead?

If you don't want to permanently delete your account, you can simply:

  • Sign Out: Use the "Sign Out" button instead of "Delete Account". Your account will remain active and you can sign in again anytime.
  • Disable Cloud Sync: Continue using the app with local storage only by staying signed out.
  • Uninstall the App: Remove the app from your device without deleting your account. You can reinstall later and sign in to sync your data.
